~ Don’t You Worry~

When you think that the road arrives somewhere 

And you find out it gets nowhere

Forward or backward it’s all the same 

But u still live with the concept of the mind

How would you like to use this precious time? 

Is it worth it? All the worries we carry?

Predictions, plans, attachments 

Endless expectations

We have all the time and space that ever existed

But so little, right here

How do we get aligned with our Dharma

And break the Karma?

If we do not want to waste time with worry

Invite lightness and glory

The glory of honoring this body

With love, caring, and freedom

With poetry and creativity 

What else would like the touch of a soul?

If everything is already one 

Then why don’t we create more

Rather than worry?
